"As you know when you hear the words "you're
going to process improvement training" you cringe. As
a member of leadership at Woodward Resource Center, I have
taken part in several CQI, Zinger Miller, Critical thinking,
and many other trainings. Each time I attend one of these
trainings, I leave hoping I can remember how to implement
this tool into my work or family. So far, the trainings I
have taken have been so complicated, that I have not been

I participated
in a three day training and the two things that impressed
